We really appreciate just how much of an effort everyone is making to be here with us on this
special day, so the least we could do is find some fun activities that will help you shake off the
jet-lag and see what makes Austin our favorite city in America.
We really appreciate just how much of an effort everyone is making to be here with us on this
special day, so the least we could do is find some fun activities that will help you shake off the
jet-lag and see what makes Austin our favorite city in America.
Here's some of the activities we have planned leading up to the big day.
On Thursday evening, for those who just couldn't wait to get to Austin, we'll be hosting a dinner at one of Texas' most infamous BBQ joints. The Salt Lick is renown for its 150 year old recipes and mammoth helpings of some of the most delicious meat you'll have ever seen.
We'll be meeting at XXXX Hotel in Austin at 7pm.
From there we'll take buses out of town to the Driftwood Salt Lick and impending meat sweats/heartburn. We'll eat/drink/be merry and be returning home around 10pm.

In order to flush out the copious meat you'll have consumed the night before, we're going to spend a day relaxing in the water, Texas-style. Which means floating down the Comal River in inflatable rings, enjoying the sun, and drinking the beers that are tied to your tube.
We'll meet at XXXX Hotel at 9am.
From there we will be driven up to the launching point at Comal Springs, and then let the river bring us back to civilization.
